My daughter's receiver for her Phonak Marvel hearing aid broke on a Friday night! Dr. Tran was open on a Saturday and had the part we needed!! We were able to drop in Saturday morning and he had everything ready for us! Anyone who wears a hearing knows that if your hearing aid breaks, it is very stressful! Parking lot is big and the address is easy to find. The place is very spacious and clean. The office is very equipped with new high tech machine. Although the office has only been open for a year, it has fifteen years of experience. Charlie Tran has a lot of experience serving customers and is very dedicated, cheerful, and enthusiastic. Trinity Hearing Aids is undoubtedly one of the best upcoming businesses for anyone in need of hearing aids. The newly renovated office created a very welcoming environment as I walked in. Everything was very neatly organized and clean.
